per apartment and day.
A
tourist tax of € 1.75 per person and day (from 14 years) to be paid in cash must be added to the indicated prices.
Final cleaning: - Sennes Apartment: 70 €
- Tamersc Apartment: 80 €
- Fodara Vedla Apartment: 80 €
- Pederü Apartment: 80 €
Midweek cleaning:We offer, in addition to the final cleaning, a midweek cleaning service on request. The cost is 20 € per hour.
Pets:Pets are allowed on request in the apartment Pederü, for an extra charge of 5 € per day for the cleaning. It is not allowed to leave the pets alone in the apartments.
Parking and Garage:There is a free parking place for every apartment behind/in front of the house. For those who prefer to park the car in the garage, the costs are:
- 7 € per day if the car is leaved in the garage for the whole stay;
- 10 € per day if the car is leaved in the garage only for 1 or 2 days.
The number of places is limited and subject to prior reservation.
Extra bed:The cost for an extra bed is
10 € more per day.Weekly change of linen:A midweek change of towels is included.
Linen will be change once if the stay has a minimum of 14 days. The change is normally done on Saturday.
If the stay is shorter than 14 days, there is the possibility upon request of changing the bed linen. It has an extra cost of 15 €.
Use of the washing machine:On request it is possible to use our "washing machine" service.Our customers will be given a bag to put the things to wash. The bag will be directly placed in the washing machine following the instructions given.At the end of the washing, the bag will be returned.The cost is 5 €.
Check in and check out:The apartments are available
from 3 pm on the arrival day and
until 10 am on departure day. The keys can be withdrawn in the shop Mascotte. If the shop is closed, you can call the phone number 0474501293.
Payment modes:The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:
- Cash;
- Credit card;
- Debit card;
- Bank transfer: in this case the entire payment for your stay should be transferred before your departure;
- Cheque: in this case, we ask to provide the cheque for processing within the day of check-in;
- The bill must be paid on the day of arrival.
Deposit and cancellation policy:The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit agreed: The deposit amounts to 250 € if the stay is for one week. For longer or shorter stays the deposit is 30% of the whole amount.
Following conditions apply to cancellation:
- Starting from 30 days before arrival: refund of 70% of the deposit;
- Less than 30 days before arrival: loss of the deposit;
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation.
With the payment of the holding deposit, the general terms and conditions are considered to be understood and wholly accepted.
In case of late arrival or early departures 100% of the total price is charged.
